| According to the 0iT-C manual, there is no G81. Use G83 for face drilling, G87 for OD drilling. Also, R is an incremental distance to rapid before starting to feed. This example is not for a Yama Seiki, but should be close: T1010 M?? (ENGAGE C-AXIS ???) G28 H0 (ZERO RETURN C) G50 C0 (SET ZERO POSITION) G00 G54 G97 X0.75 Z0.1 S3000 M33 (START LIVE SPINDLE) M08 G83 G98 Z-0.25 R0 F12. C120. C240. G80 Z1.0 M09 X8. Z4. M35 (STOP LIVE SPINDLE) M01 |
