Fagor 8055 Control

I have a Fagor 8055 control on a 5-axis router and we are having a few issues that we would like help on where to start trouble-shooting. It will seem to jump a line while executing a program and/or run-off. Example could be running at line 100 and jump to line 200 cutting through anything between those two points. Other issues are it will be running and half the code on the screen is gone. It just is blank and the machine stops with spindle running. Both of these issues are random. You could clear both errors out and run several hours or days even before it occurring again. We have had a few technicians look at the machine and they have replaced hardware and wiring with no success. We do not want to through more money at it at this point until we can try and better pinpoint the root cause.

Are you running the program from the 8055 hard drive or dnc? What type of 5 axis router?? Motion Master?

We run programs from the hard drive in the 8055 mainly. We have tried running from memory and from card a, which is a memory card option. All locations still have random errors. The machine is a Quintax. It is hard to track down the cause because no error is displayed when it skips sections of code in a program.

When u simulate it, the problem still occur?

No. It does not occur when simulated. However, we ussually only simulate the first time a program is run and after that we setup and execute them.

If u create the program from the CAM software, please to check if any incompatible code that included in the program
