8055 axis board error 2012

Hello
I have error 2012, this error gives when I don't have 24V on axis board. I check test hardware and there is problem with voltage some times its ok sometimes no (when i check power supplay its ok there is 24V on X10 plug). I put second card from other machine to cnc and it's ok for 2 days. right now i have this same error 2012 but in test hardware it's ok.

Do You have any idea were is the problem, sory for my english

Did you ty to change the power supply? If you try with other Axis board maybe it could be an output. If it is in short circuit the protection hibrids may actuate. Check if the fails appear when you activate and specific element.

Dear Mieszko,

You say you checked X10 connector but you should check particular pins on this connector.

1) Pin 1 and Pin 20 must have +24V

2) Pin 18 and Pin 19 must have 0V

3) You should make a short circuit test for the cables from the mentioned pins to the power supply.

4) You should check if the cables are loose on the the relevant terminals.
