Fagor 800T Tool saving tool set-up

Breaking a a "new" (to us) lathe with a fagor 800t control. Having difficulty setting multiple tools with changer, and loosing tool information after power off. Any suggestion?

Are you getting any errors at the screen? Is this an automatic tool turret or a manual tool turret?

No Errors, It's a 4 tool automatic tool turret. Jim

Thats strange. Did you try to call Fagor for help?

Yes, I did call them. Got a recording. Said they were real busy and couldn't take my call, but they'd get back to me. I'm still waiting. Guess I need to call them again.

You loose the actual tool? or you loose the values from the tool table?
