Hi carlos , the matter is we dont have a copy of the old parameters. the control is a 800 MG and when the control starts error 064 is displyed due to the parmeter loss. Any help ? thanks. |

| First of all the error 64 must appear when you don´t have active the emergency input in the cnc. You mut check the 14th pin from I/O1 conector. Usually the emergency chain is connected there. Sometimes when your 24 power supply doesn´t work this error is active. Check this and tell me the results please. Carlos Cabrera |

| Hello Cadcamsolutions, As addition to Carlos' suggestions; According to the code of your CNC you must have an external PLC (PLC64?) and that error may appear because; 1) PLC program is not compiled 2) There is a PLC-CNC communication problem (RS485-RS232) 3) Some PLC registers' bits are not set properly |
