Engraving with the 8055I, Need Help

I have a new milling machine thats controlled with the Fagor 8055I, I see the PCALL key that you have referred to in other threads but after I select that screen where is my writing being done at. I would think that there would be a place on that screen to spell out my text. A simply great machine to do other applications but the engraving is another animal. I do appreciate any help.
