    Fagor 8025 PSI reset issues

Hi guys, as my nick suggests, total new to this environment.
My background is PC hobbyist, with good knowledge of PCs but no tooling, machining experience.
I have been asked to manage the above mentioned machine, and after some starting issues I have come across this dilemma.

After the initial boot up, as per instructions, I have started the initial start up process.

    OP Mode: 3: F1: G74 then cycle.

I can see from the figures, that Z axis will not reset.

    Please see table:

    ......Command.....Actual...........To Go

    X 0749.830 X 0749.785 X 0000.045

    Y 0200.000 Y 0200.005 Y -0000.005

    Z 0000.000 Z 0350.399 Z -0350.399

Now my understanding is the first two axis are correct, but 3rd, Z, will not do as asked.

Does anyone have any indication what could be the source of the problem, or is there any specific trouble shooting process to enable fault finding?

Like I said, I am brand new to this all and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Look forward to any response..

    TIA..

Looks to me you are starting at:
    X749.785 Y200.005 Z350.399
    Then moving to:
    G01 X749.83 Y200 Z0
Is Z0 out of the travel range? (350.4mm below your start position)

Kiwi, much appreciated for your quick response.
My understanding is that the punch is set at 350 mm, but I get a ram stuck error, which will not enable me to move the tourete head around.

I am at a loss here as I am still reading the manuals, however, I can not pass the start up process as there is something amiss.

I will preserve as I have to get this up and running.
Any help is much appreciated once again, thx..
