    fagor 8055t grooving cycle offset problem

    we just buy a teach-in with fagor 8055 software and when i use grooving cycle, my shape is good,no error message, i use it with the offset mode for 4 groove. my first is on quote, the second have diam .007 inch under the 1 and the 3 have diam.007under the 2 and 4under 3!!!!!!!! .02 inch under on my last,i want to reduce the number of cycle in my prog, why the cycle make it smaller and smaller, offset is just in z axis????? what can do this??????? parameter , software update,this lathe is brand new, just working last week with, a restore can help??? its really disapointing to dont have a fagor tech here and the dealer look dont know how fix it!!!! some1 have an idea?????? thanks a lot

    I recommend you call 905-670-7448.... .this is the Fagor Canada office, they have several very good technicians at that number who can easily help you solve the programming problem. I haven't looked closely at what you have posted, but I can say, the Grooving cycle works quite well and is used by customers frequently around the globe.
