    Default G-Code on Fagor 8025

    I have been using a manual for a Billco CNC1000 glass cutting table and understand most of what I see (in direct relation to the glass cutting plan), But I do have some questions which are not answered for me in this manual and I havent been able to find a direct answer yet. I will use one of the generated programs that I have that works.

    %65301 ----------------------------------------Filename

    N0(3.00CL++3.00CL) ----------------------------Basic header
    N1P1=K0
    N2G25N9949

    N100(LAY 2 CUT 3 3 OF 84X120 3.00CL++3.) ---Body of cutting plan
    N101G90 --------------------------------------Gcode I understand
    .
    .
    N132M0
    N133G25N9950

    N9898(END OF BATCH) --------------------------Basic footer
    N9899G25N9998

    N9949M00 ---------------------------------------Execution sequence
    N9950P1=P1F1K1
    N9951P2=P1F2K1
    N9952G26N100
    N9953P2=P1F2K2
    N9954G26N100
    N9955P2=P1F2K3
    N9956G26N100
    N9998(END OF BATCH)

    I understand the cutter specifics (hence only the first and last 2 lines of the cutting table gcode). But the other sections (other than filename) I have no manual for. The section names are mine and/or my interpretation of what they are.

    What I can tell you is that in this particular program, the cutting plan is being executed 3 times, but im not quite sure how the P1 (lines 1 & 9950) and p2 commands (lines 9951, 9953, & 9955) and the G25 (lines 2, 133, & 9899) & G26 (lines 9952, 9954, & 9956) work to control the cutting.

    Could someone please fill me in on what I am missing by hopefully adding comments to the above code so that I can understand it.

    Thanks very much

    Default 8025 Manual

    I have tried to upload the manual but its to big to go through my e-mail is
    jchildress@whemco.com send me an e-mail and i will attach and send back
    I think you will find chapter 13 of some intrest it talks about p commands
    they are some sort of parameter call within the program.

    Hi, what you have there it is a parametric program. The Fx are aritmetic functions, the K there are the constant (the values) and Px there are the diferent parameter. I´m gonna to see the program and I try to translate for you.
