    PLC error : Maybe you have an overheated motor or a broken wire.

    Hi I'm not sure if it helps but I had a problem on my chic poncho lathe.8055. Turned out there was excessive ohms on the drive motor caused by a problem thermister in windings. The problem was sorted by placing a resister on affected pin out to drives to fool system alarm disappeared but now have no motor overtemp alarm. It's a price to pay for a working machine
