Fagor 8040 Error DNC

Hi there,

I seem to be having a problem with the sending a program from my computer to the fagor control.

It seems to want to just send approx 8 lines of the entire program.. what am i doing wrong?

did you find electrical problems on the communication cable?
how long is it?
did you try it with 9600boud rate?

Hello. May be you can help me. The problem is that the СNС does not work smooth running. All the time the action takes place some sort of excerpts. Video you can see following the link . Is this problem with Mach3 settings or in the gcode?

The cable must be shorter than 15m = 45ft and it must be shielded properly.

the program is sent to the cnc while it is beeing executed? or you send the full program to the cnc memory and after execute it? one way or another please use boud rate 115200.
besides that, it seems that you programa is generated by a CAM software. do you use G51 function or G5/G7/G50? G51 is better for cam programs generated.
