power up aling the marks, type in cs then Adjust your resolver till the lines match up. just unscrew the 3 screws slightly then slowly turn the resolver till the marks line up tighten screws. turn power off, then back on move all your axis's around in jog, Then match up the lines type cs and see how that works repeat if ness. Also delete everyone of you fiture offets and res set them and ALL YOUR TOOLS while you may have only replaced X or Y its a good idea to get into the habit of starting from scratch. I do the power off , power on jog realign cs at a min of three times after a resolver replacment, you dont have to but its a good idea Delw

Oh,thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, I'm about a quarter of an inch off. I turned the resolver about 10 degrees and didn't see a difference. do I need to turn the resolver with the machine powered up? Powered but in Estop? Not powered up? I did it with it powered with Estop button pushed, hit jog, aligned marks ,did the ......wait a minute, your instructions didn't say anything about hitting enter after typing in CS. Is that what I did wrong?"power up aling the marks, type in cs then Adjust your resolver till the lines match up." Hit enter, after I do exactly as you direct, and I DO NOT hit enter until after I do all 4 of those things?? In other words I should not have hit enter after typing CS and before turning resolver? Sorry if my reply is sounding a bit confusing but well......I'm confused. Brain has gone to mush this weekend.

1/4 inch off is a long way. the full revolution I think is only 1/8" could be .200. you will just have to spin it till its correct. watch the wires, you may have to shut the power off and disconnect the resolver cable then plug it back in and move it again. you do the CS like you normally woud when you fire up your machine.
