I'm looking at purchasing a (1994) VMC 15, but I need to remove the z axis servo motor and spindle motor wire loom, to fit it threw my garage door opening. Just wondering if there is anything that I need to watch out for when removing and then reinstalling? Will the z axis need to be retuned or tweaked after reinstall? Any help would be great Thanks |

| Neal meant "mark the coupler". Also - dont forget to lower the spindle onto a block of wood. It will freefall once the motor is removed.
