1984 VMC 40 Remote Jog Pendant?

Hi all,
I have a 1984 VMC 40 (blue/gray half enclosure, monitor beside keyboard). I have seen a few of these with a remote jog pendant. Mine has no MPG, Axis selector switch or Jog increment switch. This machine is using the 1400-2 CPU. I understand that the keyboard card (1090-x) handles the extra functions that I desire. I currently have a 1090-1 keyboard card. Does anyone know which keyboard card I need to add the extra functions? Also if anyone has some 1460-1 128k memory cards for sale I am interested.

Check your 1090 board. Does it have a J12 plug on it? It would be a 12 pin connector. If it does then a remote can be installed.

Hi Neal,
I was hoping that you would post a reply. No, there is no J12. There is a 12 pin molex connector (J3), 2 ribbon cables, and a small connector that I believe supplys power to the board.

I recently upgrade A 84 vcm40 with the side monitor, I have everything you need;
The Mpg with select switches and the cable from it to the pendant, The ribbon cable to the 1090-1.We can work a deal.
