fadal machine dynamics

does anyone have a fadal 4020 15hp high torqe machine dynamics file that works well i can seem to get mastercam v9.1 to out put the correct feeds and speeds for the material i am cutting i always have to alter the prog alot
any help would be appreciated it always seems to overload my spindle and burn my cutters up

Can't help you with your file but you might like to know that on the 4020 15hp is standard, 22.5hp is the high torque option, and 30hp is the very high torque option. Since you are looking at machine dynamics this would be important.
