1994 Fadal 3016, 10,000 RPM Spindle: Lately, infrequently, I have been getting "Error #10 Motor Overload" This happens when the spindle is stopping for a tool change, or an M05 condition. Seems to be happening usually when the spindle is at a higher RPM..say 7000 plus. What happens is the machine puts out the M05, and when the brake is to be set, it sounds like it tries, but faults, then the spindle coasts to a stop. It locks up the controller, and you have to shut the machine down, and restart it. Any clues to what is happening? Pat  |
