What is the purpose of the J13 connector on the 1060 board? Mine was not connected, and I was grasping at straws to get a VH65 working. The A axis card is in slot 13. I didn't expect this to be related since those connector numbers didn't match the numbers of populated card slots.

The J13 has nothing to do with the rotary axis. One of its functions is part of the glass scale circuitry.
