| The Manual can tell you how to adjust the height. However, before you do any adjustments try to find out why it needs to be realigned? You may be fixing and "effect" not the "cause" and it could come back to haunt you later. ![]() Steve |

| All the manuals I have and can find online tell how to do it with DC servos by moving the resolver. But my AC servo machine doesn’t have resolvers. We need to move it because we switching the machine from BT tapper to CAT tapper tooling. |

| TR Mfg-- If your cold start marks line up at the conclusion of the Cold Start procedure then you are already at the correct position for the tool change. If someone has done a "SETZ" in another position then this need to be reset by getting to the correct Z position by doing a new cold start. At the end of the cold start procedure go to Enter next command. Enter the command SETZ. This will zero the Z axis at the tool change position. Neal |
