renishaw TS27

We have in our VMC15 TS27 probe that was hang on the side
We tried to work with it
But when nothing touch the probe it said on the screen that is touching
When we push it not touching it seem that it have to be another way
I test it with UT and it failure
But if i do for the first time push and then relish it O.K.
What i need to do to change it

test:UT(enter), #3, press Start while depprsing the probe sensor,release the probe and press start, wait for the Pass or Fail.

I done UT if I done exactly the way is fail
If I do opposite it O.K.,

Check connections at motherboard.

If you have the M12 interface box, the input and output wire could be reversed.
