Fluid for 96 4020HT drawbar/high/low?

Anybody ever use anything other than Mobil DTE Heavy Medium in their high/low/drawbar pneumatic/hydraulic assembly? Mobil's website describe DTE Heavy Medium as an ISO viscosity grade 68, just like Vactra #2 way lube. Waylube sounds like it should work fine. Opinions? Thanks.

Oh and it is safe to clean cooking utensils with simple green....?

High Velocity Hydraulic Oil. I guess is Shell,
The same as washing your face with Ajax!!

The Vactra #2 viscosity is not the same as the DTE Heavy Medium hydraulic oil. Don't get confused beacuse they use the same number call out. Remember, different context often means different meanings.

Thanks guys. I ordered the right stuff from MSC this morning. When the local guys could only sell in quantities of 5 gal pails there was def the tempation to try things. And yea, I do remember using ajax to clean my face on at least one occasion. I think I was trying to get off some tar if I remember right.

Sitting here just a bit lower after the last post I'm wondering, has anyone else pondered trying to filter and reuse skimmed off way lube. Someone must have tried this. I've heard urine makes the perfect parts cleaner for certain vendors. Any confirmations
