Fadal 4th axis dummy connections

Because i don't have a dummy for the disconnection of my 4th axis i would make a dummy myself. The machine is a fully prewired 4th axis Fadal vmc15xt
When i order the dummy and have it sent to Holland it cost a lot of euro's

Can somebody look in his own dummy what the shortcuts or connections in the dummy are?
