circa 85. Anyway to "modify" an existing tool length offset like later software? That is without using the TO command which reinstates a "new" value.

On the older systems use the "SL" command to adjust the tool length. IE: SL,1,-012 will adjust the tool length for tool number 1 by a -.012". A positive number will adjust it in the opposite direction.

I knew you would get that one Neal. I stumbled onto it by accident. I dont remember seeing it but I guess I was'nt paying attention. Its cool to discover something new about an old control.
