Need Help!- ATC-Out of range HELP

Hi to All,

I am New in this forum.
so i have a problem on my fadal 15XT-CNC88hs control.
well everything is ok. load-unload programs. but to change the tool. the ATC comes to Spindle, so the Spindle must get up aroud 6" from HO position.
in this case the spindle up only 4".
my question is, How can change or adjust the parameter.?
to load-unload the tools, not manually. and let the turret rotated free to change automatically.
I asking in my team if someone makes innapropiated movement. as always nobady knows.

any information it will be greatly appreciated.

IT sounds like the Cold Start is in the worng position. During the tool change the software tells the Z head to go up 4.000" from the tool change position. This is the correct elevation to clear the tool in the turret.

I don't what it is, I turn off the Power to start again... the z axes movement are correctly, but when make the CS. change to 4 ".
tell me how can i change that limit to 6" instead 4".
i Using CAT-40 holders.
the movement only reach near the back of holder. before the retention knob
may be I have to make some set up before CS.?
or may i have to change the limits.?

I have more than 13 years and is the first time that happen....
something weird for me....

Any information it really appreciated.

I already found it what was the problem.
I change the parameter of the screw to Inches. 1:1 # 1
In metric 8:10 mm, the movement change (minus) # 2
