Hello I Have problems with starting up my fadal 15xt with 4th axis As i recently bought this machine i am new with it. It was adjusted by a technician and was runnig ok I maybe have make a mistake or so? When i push the green button nothings happens (not the clunk noise) When i push the jog button it starts up but immediately shuts down. It looks like an emergency button is in but there is not Thanks RKR |

| In the back cabinet that has the transformer in it. There are 3 white reset buttons as I recall. With the power off press them and any others you find. I'm not by my machine so I can't look for you on mine. Also, on mind if I do not wait 20 or 30 sec. after throwing on the main before pressing the green button I have to press it again. I also press it firmly and hold it down for about a 1 sec. count. Steve |

| Here is what we do, main power on wait 30 seconds press and hold green button for 5 seconds. here is where ours gets different we wait 5 minutes before we cold start the machine from the control. if we cold start immediately we get an A AXIS overload we only have to wait if the rotery table is attached hope this helps Erich |

| I'm not sure what is in the dummy plug. With luck maybe Neal will respond. One thing I didn't say was that if the axis are not at their home points this can cause problems but not as you discribed. One thing that can cause you problems like that is trying to CS when one of the axis is at it's travel limit. You will have hand turn that axis away from the limit a about 4 or 5 turns. then jog to the CS lines before CS. If you don't understand, look in the manual or let us know. ![]() FUN4ME, I don't understand why you have to wait? I have the same setup and never have had that problem. Maybe Neal could respond to that also, I would be interested in why. Steve |

FYI these people sell reman amp boards. I've not bought boards from them but other stuff. Might be at a lower price when you have to change it out.
