I have a 3016L with CNC88HS control. When we are loading a program off a floppy we sometimes get a Status 1128 error. What the heck is that? Is it a drive read error? And more importantly how do we fix/avoid it? Thanks!!

| ifs its a floppy slap the disk against the side of the table a few times. alos make sure the floppy is seating correctly in the drive. machine shop envirments are really bad on floppys, My omniturns eat through them once a year |

| MBAM-- Error 1128 is caused by missing system files or broken system registry structures. This is a critical sign of an unstable system that is typically caused by improper maintenance of the computer. Not being a computer guru, that is about as far as I can go. Perhaps someone more adept at computers can give you better advice as to how to repair the issue. Neal |
