    How bring together Fadal 32 MP and PC

    Hello everybody,
    pardon my englisch, but i am from Germany. We have a Fal 4020 VMC
    and the motherboard was broken. I bought a new one and the computer runs well. But now i dont have the connection to the Fadal MP32 to load up my Programs. I have a Qutech DS-302.5 Card but WIN98 cant find it.
    Please help me, because the machine have to run.

    Your motherboard should have a 422 port and / or 422 card. That is what gets connected to the controller through a serial cable that should be in your control pendant (not the RS 232 serial cable either).

    You will also need the Fadal memory program manager software to allow the 32mp to use the floppy drive.

    I have the software and the 422 port

    But i donīt have the adresse which IRQ and adress i have to take. Also i have a 485 Card wich was connected with the machine before the motherboard broke.

    How the com 2 port configure

    The fadal still not running.
    How i have to setup the com port?
    I mean Baudrate, Stopbits ...
    Please help me.

    cd command at command prompt> 7 data bits> even parity> 1 stop bit> baud rate same as computer, start at 9600 and work up till you hit the wall.
