| currently a few jobs we have require multiple fixtures. i wish to run all three fixtures with the push of a button. If i post over three programs 1, 2, and 3. Does any one know of a way inside an old fadal VMC5020A or VMC15XT with 32MP controls. to make a small program, to call up the other three programs inside of its own memory. (We do this all the time with our Haas; we run prog #1, palette change, run prog #2, repeat.) I would just like to know how to do this inside of the fadal, if there is a way lol, thanxs alex we did get it to work through gibbscam, we post over a program with 3 cordinate system offsets, E1 E2 E3, and it runs fine but just looking to make it easier to program thanxs. |

| G54, G55 or E1, E2...ect are conventionally how its done. Their may be a way with the Macro programming. Neal on here should be able to tell you. Maybe he will chime in.

| Did I understand right that you have three seperate programs you would like to patch together? O0001 M98 P0010 M1 (will stop before next program) M98 P0011 M1 M98 P0012 G0G90G49E48Y0Z0 M30 This will run programs 10,11,12 together back to back. Then you can keep each seperate program alone in the memory, if you want to run them alone ect. |

would you need to change the M30 at the end of the subprograms to a M99. thanxs this helps alot guys would you also have to put in a L word after M98 saying how many times to run subprogram Last edited by alex400ex2008; 04-23-2009 at 03:36 PM. Reason: another question |

| Yes-each main program will need a M99 instead of M30. One clever way to have the best of both worlds is to program either: /M99 M30 or /M30 M99 and then when you run the single program, it finds an M30 or M99 depending which position your block skip switch is in..now you can choose to run one program or all three off of the short example program that pastes them all together.. |
