| 85 vmc 40 problems I just got my machine wired and hooked to my compressor. I started it up it asked what pulley setting I was @. I responded 3. I hit jog and got an amplifier fault, I hit jog again with alarm sounding and moved the axis into the alignment positions, hit emergency stop to reset the alarms and hit CS command for cold start and got a Z axis amplifier fualt. it seems it wont read the Z axis location. any way I cant home it to run a program. The servos manually move, the turret turns CW and CCW the spindle is taking the tool but I cant get it to really boot up. any suggestions for checking for a bad amplifier card? |
