Fadal Plant Auction 4-23-2009

Just got the auction flyer for the Fadal plant. Looks like everything from the big Giddings & Lewis horizontals, the custom built planer mills and the BIG Mattison 48X120" grinders are on the block. Also about 30 Fadals from the plant floor.

Plant & Machinery Inc. is doing the auction. Some nice pictures in the flyer.

It says assets no longer needed in the continuing opperations of Fadal LLC.

I can't see them building any more if all that equipment is sold off.

This means they are just selling equipment they dont need and you dont have to pay any sales tax on it just the auction premium. You have bought from auctions and should know about this..LOL

Boy, there were some nice pieces of CNC ass in that mag(pun intended)...

The 6535 looks like a winner along with the 4th axis 8030's.

I think I'll at least bid on the cat40 right-angle heads, need asap.

Could use any fadal 4th axis's they have for sale...
It good it's an online(also) auction even with higher buyers premium...
