Need Help!- vmc 15 baldor drive inop

i have a 96 vmc 15 the spindle wont start when i push the start buttons i hear the air coming through the spindle but no movement. i looked at the baldor drive and the screen is blank with no back light if i look up inside i can see a small red light on inside the vector unit i have a vmc 15xt same year and with the knife swith only on the baldor lights up and says spindle rpm 0.
also the green lights for spindle load vary from 0 to 60% the spindle turns free by hand any help would be appreciated thanks donnelson

We once tripped the spindle breakers(in transformer cabinet) when planting a broken tool into an Al casting. Couldnt get spindle to fire up, everything else was fine. With tech on phone, went through book and fixed prob by resetting the spindle breakers. I'll take a beer if this fixes it!!

the baldor screen of the baldor can be defektiv
if the spindle not turn around you need to get first eror 10
only if you got this eror you can have problem from the baldor

Get ahold of these guys they can fix it! www.Practecllc.com We had the same issue it was a capacitor and they updated and upgraded the entire unit so now it will last 5 times longer and the bill was $1475 shipped. Make sure the unit is at least getting power. This is common when a fan burns out in the drive.

looks like the drive is bad i gave them a call practec said aprox 1500 sending it out thank you for the help please send cash thanks donnelson
