    X-axis oscillation VMC 4020

    Machine is a VMC 4020
    Glentek 4050 motors

I have replaced the brushes (both commutator and tach), refinished the commutator, replaced the motor bearings, replaced resolver, swapped both axis and amp cards, and ohmed out all cables. I am at wits end now.

I am fairly fluent with the Fadal construction and programming (CNC88)Anybody have any ideas?

    4020 with 4050 motor problem

Have you tried swapping amps to make sure it is not an amplifier problem ?
