Machine is a VMC 4020 Glentek 4050 motors I have replaced the brushes (both commutator and tach), refinished the commutator, replaced the motor bearings, replaced resolver, swapped both axis and amp cards, and ohmed out all cables. I am at wits end now. I am fairly fluent with the Fadal construction and programming (CNC88)Anybody have any ideas? Jeremy  |
