Hello everyone, I have a occasional problem with my 1997 4020. When manually jogging on any axis the machine jumps or jerks. I normally turn the machine off several times and then it is ok. It runs fine while running a program. Can anyone help me? Cheers Matt.    |

| we have had the same problem with one of our fadals and it seems the best thing to do is power down, open the door on the back of the control panel itself and there are some cards in there. pull them out and clean the contacts. if that doesnt work you could try a new pulse wheel but it sounds like it has a bad connection. |
