Does anyone know if fadal is still open and selling machines? All I ever get when I call there is the answering machine.

If you want Maintenance Technologies Tech Support, call 818 727-2100 and press #3 for Applications/ Programming or #4 for Tech Support. If you get our voice mail, leave a message and we WILL CALL YOU BACK.
If your are calling the Fadal main switch board at 818 407-1400, the operator may be busy.
