Need Help!- Fadal... Failure setting servo gain

Hello everybody
I have a Fadal 15XT and tonite It has problems..
Its like the Z axis drop out.
Here what I get...
Failure Setting Servo Gain..
Z axis Fault. Error # 48
motor overload
Z axis fault. Error # 19
Also when you look at the controller the X and Y look ok but the Z got all these """"""Z"""""""
Not sure how bad of a problem I have.

From your brief explanation I would suspect the either the Survey is corrupt or the controller card is bad.

What I did to fix the problem, I reseated the cards in the right rear panel and at the control panel (command line) I type in SV (I think) went to the bottom of the page and typed in Z and then saved, not really sure, but it may reload the Z??, But anyway its been running good for two days now, I got finished with that job, going out tomorrow and knock on a few door see if I can get some work.

What you did was you loaded a back up copy of the survey that was stored on the CPU.

Yes, and so far I'm good, I've got another job for it today, I got to do a little design work first and start machining tonight.
gotta get busy, seem like every job i get they need it tomorrow... i not kidding!
