    FADAL ATC TROUBLE

    ATC AMBIGUOUS POSITION EROR. CANNOT JOG, CANT DO ANYTHING. ITS A 2002 40-20 WITH DUAL ARM TOOL CHANGER ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECITED

    Rotate the turret. The pocket may not be exactly aligned as it should be. Or the Sensor for the pocket position may be at fault.

    Fadal Maintenance Manual Section 16: Troubleshooting page 510
    ATC Failure
    Check to see if the Z axis alignment was properly set at cold start. The
    automatic tool changer has failed to respond to an M6 or the TC,1 command.
    Try a power off and power on. If this does not help check the fuses.
