We have a couple 1993 3016's here and they both have -4 hs controls. One has a 88 cabinet (old style) and one has the 88hs cabinet (newer style) (monitor cabinet). The issue I am having is that the clocks for running a part keep adding part to part not ever telling us what the cycle time is on any part past the first one. The other issue is that when we list the programs we dont have nice collumns of program numbers like the later HS controls it has pages of program numbers and cycles through all the pages faster than you can read any of them until it gets to the last page. Is their anything I can change in the control or get an upgrade for the older -4 without spending too much $$$? |

| TO CNC88/CNC88HS - IF MEMORY SERVES ME ON YOUR OLDER VMC'S (-4 or below) the clocks worked OK - But after a certain level of software (leaning to your cnc88hs Fadal issued a service bulinten that in effect ask's that you set the clocks parameter to "all tool timing off" - I have searched for the reason and / or the fix - non to report |

| You do have to initiate a cycle start for each part do you not? My 94 (-4) 88HS times out each part (cycle run) individually. Not much help, but that is all I know on the subject.
