Hi guys Is there everybody who now why hapaned with Glentek GA4568E Z axis amplifier on VMC 904-1. Z axis dont move, and on "fault" pin (No. 6) of amplifier I measure 5.5 V. At X and Y amplifiers this voltage are 12 and more volts. This amplifier has TO-3 out MOSfets with Glentek remarks. Who are original or equivalent ? What maybe cause this fault condition?
