Hello, I want to start by saying this is a great site! I been a long time lurker but now I need some help. I purchased a 2000 VMC 3016L at an auction a couple of days ago and now I need to figure out how to get it through my door. I need to take the ball screw motor off as well as the cable guides(plastic chain link) to get it to fit under the door. Is taking the motor off a good idea? Or should I think of something else? Any suggestion will be appreciated. I have attached a pic of the machine. Thanks, Mudge |

| Thanks for the replies. I figured I could do that but wanted to make sure first. Seeing as I bought it at an auction, I'm not sure how well it was maintained. Is there anything I should check/replace when I get it in here? There's bound to something that needs or should be replaced. Thanks again for all your help. Mudge |
