cant find brushes for dc servo motor!

make a long story short, took apart my X servo motor and cleaned it out of dust and inspected for problems, looked good so i was putting it back together and broke one of those tiny carbon brushes, not one of the 6 bigger ones but one of the little four. machine is a 1994 3016 fadal and the motor is a dc glentech 6000 motor, searching internet and cant find any, any ideas? thanks

Here is an idea that might work for you. If I am not mistaken the small
brushes are the tack feed back signal. When I can't find the right bushes
I have take a brush as closure to the size I need and cut down. You mite
give this a try. Ray Unger

You could check Helwig Carbon, but I don't know whether they stock Tach brushes, you might want to try one of the motor rewinding shops in your area, often they have a selection on hand.

Do yourself a favor and bring it into a rebuilder. Rob you should be able to get it rebuilt for a couple hundred dollars.
