2216fx w/ Fanuc 0i manuals?

We've had our new machine for a few months now, and it seems to be running now... But we've never received the correct manuals for it (I believe.)
After months of asking and begging and threatening, we have:
Fanuc Operator's manual (MAN0141_D)
Fanuc Maintenance manual (MAN0140_C)
Fanuc Installation manual (MAN0139_C)

The operator's manual has a list of M codes, but it's extremely generic (and incomplete based on some of the on-site training we were given.), and no examples.
There is no G-code list in any of the manuals we have; the operator's manual says "For the G-Codes list refer to GE Fanuc Operator’s Manual B-64124EN_01..."

Now... I know it's a Fanuc, so it's pretty simple stuff for 4-axis work, but whenever an issue comes up, it's nice to have a reference to fall back on.

Does anyone have a lead on some more complete documentation?
I'm used to Fanucs having parameter lists, code examples, a machine-specific list of codes and examples, etc.

I have for the 21i in pdf, I am not sure how close it is .
You won't find any M codes in Fanuc manuals as these are written by the MTB in the Ladder.

I'm used to seeing the G codes in the Fanuc manuals, and not the M codes...
This is the first time I've seen it the other way round!
But, the codes seem to be slightly different... example: M19 is a positioning move in a canned cycle, M190 is the spindle orient...
