Fanuc OI-mc Automatic Tool Change

We have a Fadal VMC 2216FX w/ Fanuc OI-mc Controller.

During a run the Automatic tool change will lose it's orientation.
Has anyone seen this problem or does anyone have any suggestions
for a solution?

Maybe, it is mains phase sequence problem. If you have cooling pump on your machine, you can check the direction of rotation (there is an arrow mark on motors' cover and you can examine a rotation of fan at the top of the motor, it must rotate as shown with arrow). If it is wrong, you should change phase connection sequence at the main switch (for example, change L1 wire to L2 wire).

Same thing happened to ours, but only once...
Hasn't happened since, and we can't get it to duplicate the problem.

Make sure that you have the latest software and ladder installed. The Ladder is version HK30 and the PLC software is FX D3.
