| I've turnined it before. Really nasty stuff as I remember. Makes inconel look like 6061. It got so bad one time that some of the guys actually refused to run the parts and forced us to sub them out. You have to treat it just like any other high strength alloy that is difficult to machine. Low surface footage and as high a feedrate as possible. If you let the cutter sit in it too long (i.e. low feed, high speed) you'll just burn it up. It's been years since i've cut it so I don't realy have any solid numbers for you, but you might want to repost this in the general machining discussion forum. It might get some better visibility there.
