We are in need of a new 1610-1 card for our machine. The card in the machine has a sticker "Fadal V94.1H-3 3194" We got a replacment "PCB-0159 sys 103.5" but this card seams to have a software version that is not compatable with our hardware. When we install the card, zero the memory, and input the paramiters everything seams to work until we give the machine a motion command. Then it just resets to the cold start screen. As best I can figure out our machine is -3 and this replacment card is -5. How can I figure out the right part number card I need to be looking for. This new card is suppost to be compatiable but it dosn't seam to work. Am I missing something?  |
