    Changing the Coolant Through Filter

I can't find any info in the book and I don't want to break it. I assume it screws together; I can't make it budge. Can someone elaborate on how to open this up?

    Thanks,
    Don

    coolant filter

The filter can is held on to the housing with a draw bar. The nut is on the back side of the casting. I change the filter every time I clean the sump. It is a standard string wound filter. A few bucks each from McMaster carr.

Thanks a million! That was what I needed. Mine is mounted vertical so the nut was on top; but at least I was able to get it open.
