Fadal trm

Wanting to buy a cnc for my shop. I found a 2003 Fadal trm with less than 200hrs on it, with tool holders and maybe a kurt vice. $18500.
I don't know much about the trm. is it g code only or dose it have conversational programing. All I have seen so far is a pic.
is this to much money?? what are your thoughts on this mill

They are mainly G code. You can get one for 14K off ebay right now, they call them VMC5's

Clarification---- The Fadal TRM machine and the Fadal VMC 5 machine are two TOTALLY different machines. Construction is not the same at all. Electronics are similar but not identical.

That seems too pricey to me, I bought one new for around 20K with no toolholders or vice. They take g code just like the other fadals.
