| Although the control will accept the G41/G42 code on a G2/G3 move, this is considered a VERY poor programming practice. CRC tells the control to place the tool tangent to the next entity. It can be very difficult sometimes to predict where that tangency point will be and therefore can subject the part to unwanted gouges. Neal |
