Is there an easy way to put a tool offset in the program [say H1 etc.] without it going straight off to the offset position? It seems to work fine putting it right before [in the same line] my next Z, but for a couple programs I forsee, I thought it would be nice if all my H calls were on their own lines [then having extra tools already loaded and offsets programed, so the operator only needed change a H number in the program - human error posible there too though]. Also, does Fadal have software "overtravel limit settings"? I'm already imagining operators mis-setting tool heights and getting nasty crashes. On the positive [which to some extent I'll agree with the logic], that was one of the very examples the dealer used to promote box ways in everything they sell from Fadal to Kitamura. On the other hand, bearings are probably easier to change than Turcite! |

| Yes, you can do that with G10 but tool height must put in holder at exact same length every time. It's only good idea to do this is when you have a lot of holder and run two or three job difference jobs on same machine.

| Having a crash will NOT damage Turcite. Turcite is susceptible of friction damage (years of sliding) or direct scoring only (drill it, scrape it, cut it, etc).
