Fadal VMC15 servo & spindle problems

Hi!

we have VMC15XT 7500rpm 1996 in our shop, it has run 30+k hours and now it seems to have somekind of failure

We are constantly getting Servo amplifier faults on X and Y axis



Spindle motor is acting strange too, messes up with load meter and braking from 7500rpm takes 10-30secs (normally stops within seconds)

Axis motors and wirings are replaced recently, seems like faulty servo amplifier & spindle driver box?

I would look at the Regen resistor for the spindle problem, the manual has pretty good info on types and values and how to check.
