Recommendation for long x axis CNC mill

All,

We are bidding on a new contract/grant that requires a CNC mill that can handle a part about 60 inches in length. Y and Z motions are modest, about 12-16 inches. Can anybody recommend a mill that can handle this that won't cost like the latest national debt. The part to be machined is not very heavy, about 40 pounds, the rotary table we use weighs way more than that. We have smaller versions of this project working on a Tormach PCNC-1100 with a bed extender. Wish Tormach made a bigger machine.

Since you posted in the fadal forum I figure you want a fadal? Maybe go out and look for a used vmc 6030 or 8030 they should both suit your needs. And as slow as they are I think they are still faster than a tormach.
