Fadal VMC 4020 HT

Hello

I have this machine manufactured in 1991 it had an inverter issue and wasn't powered for 1 year and now the inverter is replaced and I powered it up and this showed up

and doesn't react to anything and the battery is empty so probably all the parameters went out and I don't know where to get them and how to put them back
any help would be appreciated
